BIO
Hello, lovely to meet you
I've been a Physiotherapist for the last 23 years and my passion grows each day. Since I was 14, meeting the Physio at the running track, my future was cemented. His name is Bob and I wanted to be him...! I loved sport, I was fascinated with the "why's" with posture / performance/injuries...and always passionate about helping people to be their best.
Then, over the years and seeing so many patients, I've been able to construct a method of Physiotherapy that is maximally effective. I'm able to give you a diagnosis straight away and get to work on fixing your problem. To really achieve my goal of all round care, I've worked hard to formulate a fantastic team, working really well together to bring along all their talents to give you everything you need. As anatomical specialists we can see you right the way through from injured to fully fit.
Physiotherapists are well placed to formulate strategies for rehab all the way to enhanced sporting performance. So when it comes to analysis, to hands-on work to rehab to intense fitness, we know exactly what needs to happen. I make sure my entire team is fully trained in all aspects of getting you well and getting you strong. Why would you choose anything else?
Thanks for reading,
All my best,
Hazel
